Hey, I’m Deidra, as a single mother of 6 kids and an owner of 3 successful businesses I am here to help you succeed. I am a living, breathing, and winning example that although success doesn’t happen overnight, it is achievable.

I started out in corporate America working for major companies such as AT&T.  I also worked with brands such as Bronner Brothers and Dr. Miracle. I would watch my employers very carefully and learned strategies for building and maintaining a business. My managers worked remotely, so I was able to be flexible with my schedule and I enjoyed the ability to work remotely as well! Because I worked remotely I was, and still am, an active participant in my children’s lives. After experiencing the freedom of being able to make money anywhere, there was no way that I would be enslaved by a regular 9-5. So in 2009 I decided that I would work for myself.

I started a company called HR Solutions Inc. and was able to get a lucrative contract with the government as an Employment counselor and a non-attorney representative serving those who were denied social security assistance.  I wasn’t satisfied and wanted to do more for people who were displaced, so in 2018, I earned the National Certificate of Achievement in Employment Services. This certificate gives me a deeper knowledge and the resources to help rehabilitate those who need assistance with professional development and acquiring long term employment.  I also saw an opportunity to start a second successful business which specializes in process serving.

Throughout my pursuits of building businesses I have encountered many entrepreneurs struggling to make their dreams a reality. As an entrepreneur myself, I was drawn to their stories and I empathized with them because I know how hard it is to build a business. I also know how much wrong advice and naysayers are out there. It gets so difficult  to know which steps to take, making it almost seem impossible to achieve your goals. But I also know that as a single mother of 6 kids, that if I could build profitable businesses that give me the freedom to do and be where I want, then anyone could do it too.

It was through these interactions that gave me the idea for my third business: Emerchonline.com. This website will give you a platform to promote and sell your  goods. Many entrepreneurs don't have the resources to build their own websites and cannot afford a lot of these online stores that take a huge percentage of your sales. My passion is helping small businesses “get theirs.”  And I believe that Emerchonline will help you do just that.

I am extremely passionate about small business and I believe that anyone can build a profitable brand. I use my resources, years of experience, and knowledge to help you  gain the confidence to grow.  I teach you how to have a successful mindset, because if you don’t believe in yourself, you will never reach your goals.  I give step by step guidance on how to build a brand, directing you every step of the way. I am very straightforward, because my time is valuable and so is yours.
